In the world of pet care, it’s a sea of sameness. Paw prints. Bubbly fonts. A golden retriever in soft lighting. You’ve seen one, you’ve seen ‘em all. A lot of pet sitter brands lean hard into “cute.” Silhouettes made with negative space, squeaky-clean script fonts, and sugar-sweet taglines. Adorable? Maybe. Memorable? Not so much.
For Above & Beyond Pet Care, we wanted to flip the script. This brand isn’t just about walks and belly rubs; it’s about trust, reliability, and building a brand you actually want to be part of—like a cool, slightly chaotic dog gang with great merchandise.
The mission: build a brand that’s playful and energetic, but also the one you’d trust with your ride-or-die, tail-wagging bestie. We went bold with confident typography, vibrant color blocking, and illustrations with just the right amount of quirk. The result is a visual identity that’s approachable, modern, and impossible to confuse with the sitter down the street.
Because this pack was never meant to blend in with the rest.
The logo system is bold and confident, anchored by a clean sans-serif wordmark and a graphic mark that packs a little attitude. It’s playful, but not cutesy.
